Post Construction Phase Activitiy
The scope of works under this phase shall include the following:
- Addressing the schedule of defects and its rectification.
- Provide assistance in commissioning of the Building.
- Conduct smooth handover of areas and systems by the vendors/suppliers.
- Reconciliation and certification of final bills of contractors, suppliers, vendors and other agencies for the project and assisting the client in dispute resolution beyond project duration.
- Preparation of project closeout report and submitting the same for approval.
- Addressing any queries during defects liability period and advising on various issues that may arise during this period.
- Co-ordination with the contractors to rectify the defects during the defects liability period.
